It describes fixtures, fittings, items and furniture (if applicable) within the property. We also include utility readings and smoke alarm testing.
This helps to distinguish the condition of the property’s contents and décor, which will then be used for comparison once the tenancy is over.
check-in report

Check-in reports for the London area
A check-in report is the same as an Inventory Report whereas it describes fixtures, fittings, items and furniture (if applicable) within the property, including utility readings and smoke alarm testing.
However, it also includes a paperless online auto approval process (see below).
We can also be on hand to meet the incoming tenants in order to check them in and hand them keys and manuals if required.

We send an email to your tenant(s) with a link for them to view the report online. In order to view the report the tenant(s) must sign online to acknowledge receipt.
At that point the tenant(s) is informed that the system will auto approve the report in 7 days using the signature captured on receipt if they choose not to respond.
During the 7 days the tenant(s) has the chance to add feedback to the report using comments and photos. When they are happy with their feedback they have to sign their approval in order to return the report.
Once the feedback has been reviewed and accepted a signed and approved report is generated and sent to all parties.
